Lucas In Modern Biathlon Triumph

Many congratulations to Bablake athlete Lucas Bennett who, at the weekend, won the East Midlands Modern Biathlon Championship.

It was a convincing win for Lucas as he won both the run and the swim. In so doing, he has now qualified for the British Modern Biathlon Championships which takes place at the end of November and he will also represent Bablake at the British Schools Modern Biathlon Championships to be held in London in March next year.

We are very proud of Lucas' athletic achievements and wish him all the best for his national events.
