Bablake Musicians In Concert

Four of Bablake's Senior School musicians maintained our link with Earlsdon's St Barbara's Church.

Accompanied by Director of Music, Mr Tim Crompton, Sam Lowe (alto sax), Ben Powell (violin), Howard Weyman (voice) and Anna White ('cello) performed a concert for the Coventry U3A group at St Barbara's last week. Reports returned that the hall was packed and all of our performers played very well.

This was the fourth consecutive year that Bablake has performed this concert and every year the audience loves to listen to our pupils, who really do bring some musical warmth on what is always seemingly a very cold winter's afternoon.
