Year 2 Leavers Assembly

Year 2 put on a fantastic end of term assembly for parents and family members as they said 'goodbye' to the Pre Prep.

The assembly was called 'Goodbye My Friend' and started with pupils arriving at the Pre Prep on the last Monday of school. Pupils sang their hearts out to a variety of songs and did some very good impressions of Pre Prep teachers (and parents!) as they reenacted a day in the life of a Pre Prep pupil.

Many smiles were shared, as well as a few tears shed, as photos of the children over their time at the Pre Prep were projected onto the wall behind them at the end of the assembly. 

It was a fantastic performance and summed up how wonderful they have been as a year group. They will be missed at the Pre Prep but we are all excited to follow their progress when they start the Junior School in September.

A big thank you to everyone who came to watch the assembly and to all of the Year 2 teachers for their support.
