A Sports Photographer's Lot In Winter

While the weather was threatening its worst at the end of last week, please spare a thought for the valiant sports photographer trying to capture that perfect shot!

Mr Andrew Phillips (Master in charge of Cricket and Hockey) was the man freezing on the sidelines this weekend capturing our U13s rugby match against KES Stratford. Inbetween the snow, sleet and sideways rain, he took some super photos (inc. the shot for this article) to accompany the U13 XV's excellent 45-15 win. 

The new Wheatleyan photographic team will of course be preparing for the annual 1st XV fixture v KHVIII that takes place later this term, on Wednesday 15th February, at Coventry RFC, from 7pm.
