Fantastic Fundraising for Zoe's Place

Junior School Charity

Zoe's Place, Baby Hospice, is a charity close to our hearts at Bablake.

Bablake Junior and Pre Prep School has been following in the footsteps of Senior School pupils Aiden and Kieran by raising money for this important local charity.

The BJS school council have been very excited about raising money for Zoe’s Place and came up with the idea for a pyjama day at school. Today all pupils paid £1 to wear their PJs and bring in their teddy. Pupils also took part in a sleeping lions competition – with the winner receiving a packet of chocolate buttons.

The children have also been doing good deeds at home to help raise money for Zoe's Place, for each good deed it has been suggested they are given £1 which is then attached to a paw for thought card.

At break time today, we also had a very special visitor from Zoe's Place - the Zoe's Place mascot! The big cuddly bear came out to play and gave out lots of high fives and hugs.

A big thank you to Zoe's Place for coming in to see us and to everyone who has donated to this very special charity.
