Cricket Season Alert

We expect the advent of a new sporting season to ensure a change from student cries of 'jumpers for goalposts' to 'jumpers in layers' for our cricketers next week.

Head Groundsman Mr Anthony Kilroy and his team have been hard at work preparing excellent squares and outfields for a short but frantic term of cricket. 2017 is a season where we are delighted to be hosting our traditional T20 competition in early July and a good number of county youth fixtures for Warwickshire CC; of course our senior players will be looking forward to their summer tour of Sri Lanka too.

Senior cricket training for Fifth and Sixth form players will resume on Monday 24th April from 2pm to 3.30pm at Bablake's Playing Fields and there is a 1st and 2nd XI fixture on Wednesday.
