A Superb Performance of 'Anything Goes!'

Bablake Senior School pupils performed a fantastic version of 'Anything Goes!' at the end of the Autumn term.

The show was a storming success and a real celebration of the diverse performing arts we have at Bablake, from the sensational singing, acting and dancing to the wonderful music from our live band. Miss K Blackie, who was part of the staff team working on the production, commented,

"'Anything Goes!' really showcased how talented our students are in a production that brought great enjoyment and warmth to all on these cold winter nights. Their talents were coupled with hours of dedication, hard work and commitment to producing such a wonderful show, for which they should be very proud. Well done to all involved and thank you for three delightful evenings of entertainment!"

Headmaster, Mr Watson, also gave his praise to the cast, "The production of ‘Anything Goes!’ was both high-quality and great fun, and congratulations must go to all involved. Our pupils benefited enormously and audiences were treated to a really super and fun evening.'

Well done to all involved and a huge thank you to the staff team who worked so tirelessly on the production.
