Our GCSE musicians were given the chance to allay any anxiety about imminent Module results as they gathered to perform in their Ensemble concert.

Director of Music, Mr Tim Crompton praised the eclectic mix of styles and genres as pupils chose a fine range of contemporary, swing and classical pieces to be recorded. A full range of wind and string instruments was on the programme as well as pleasing vocal performances. 

The Music Department will now convene to mark the pieces officially, knowing the enthusiastic audience was treated to a very pleasing standard of performance that involved much collaboration between the 5th and 6th Form pupils.
