Some of the entries that were highly commended but just missed out on the official 1st, 2nd or 3rd places in this year's House Photography competition are featured today. 

The photographs were taken on a range of devices- mobiles, compacts and DSLRs- which once again proves that the potential to take a great photo is within the range of most people.

James Faulkner, Anna French, Kirat Johal, Annabel Knight, Amy Lilly, Frank Sackey and James Sawyer all have photographs featured today and the standard of the images is excellent.

U6th form editor of The Wheatleyan and promising young photographer Scott Morgan assisted the official judges Headmaster Mr John Watson and Miss Kasia Dzikowska (Art) and was therefore unable to submit any of his own images.
