The majority of children join Bablake School in Year 7 but we also encourage applications for children wanting to join us in Year 8, 9 or 10.

Should you be moving into the area or changing schools, do get in touch as we keep a small number of places open for mid-year joiners.

Once you have been in touch with the Admissions team to discuss if we have a place available please apply for your place using our online application form.

Entrance examination
Year 8 entry is by examination in English and Mathematics.
Year 9 is by examination in English, Mathematics and Reasoning.
Year 10 is by examination in English, Mathematics, Reasoning and Science.

Offers
Your offer will be sent to you through the post.

Accept the place
To accept the offer of a place, please return the Acceptance Form and pay the £540 (including VAT) Acceptance Fee.
Once you have formally accepted a place, we will be in touch with all the information you need to ensure that your child’s start at Bablake is happy and straightforward.
