At Bablake School, our Careers Education and Guidance Programme is designed to provide students with a personalised experience, ensuring they are supported in their unique journeys towards a successful future. Our approach combines in person encounters, professional insights, and real-world guidance to equip students with the tools they need to succeed in a dynamic, changing world of work. We focus on both career knowledge and career management skills, helping students make informed decisions, set meaningful goals, and build the resilience to overcome challenges. Through one-on-one guidance, career planning workshops, and networking opportunities, students gain the skills to actively manage their careers and pursue their passions.

towards their goals, whether through career discovery days, face to face networking, mock interviews or other career-related activities. The vibrant community encourages students to explore their interests, build connections, and gain the confidence to pursue their aspirations.
