Inspiring Future Legal Professionals
June 16, 2026
We were delighted to welcome University of Warwick law students to Bablake School, who generously gave their time to share their knowledge, insights and personal experiences with our students.

The session provided a valuable overview of studying law at university, with students particularly benefiting from hearing directly from those currently on their course. This offered a realistic and relatable perspective on both the academic journey and future career pathways within the legal profession.
A key highlight of the visit was the introduction of a mock trial activity, which enabled students to consider important skills such as critical thinking, communication and presentation. It was fantastic to see such high levels of engagement, with students clearly motivated to build on this experience further.
Our visitors shared practical advice on extra‑curricular and super‑curricular activities, helping students to better understand how they can explore their interests, strengthen their university applications and prepare for competitive courses such as law.
We are very grateful to our visitors for their time and support; we hope to welcome the Youth Inspire Project back to Bablake in the very near future.
