Junior School pupils explore new skills
January 30, 2025
At Bablake Junior we pride ourselves on offering a broad and diverse range of co-curricular activities during lunchtimes and after school, encouraging all pupils to step outside their comfort zones, try something new and discover a new passion.

Pupils have been thoroughly enjoying their Digital Creative Writing Club during lunchtimes. With a working lunch in hand they have been writing imaginative stories while exploring the power of AI to develop their creativity. It has been inspiring to see their ideas come to life in such a fun and innovative way.
Meanwhile, Chess Club is officially in full swing. Our budding chess champions have been engaging in digital chess platforms, learning each piece’s unique moves through tutorials and putting their skills to the test in competitive online matches. The enthusiasm and focus has been incredible.
Lunchtime Knitting Club members have also been keeping busy this term. This fantastic activity mixes creativity, skill-building and fun. Pupils have been knitting their own creatures with some surprising results!
Our co-curricular clubs continue to enhance our pupils experience, offering exciting opportunities for growth, creativity and friendship.
