Exciting Year Ahead In Our Library

Senior School Library

2016-17 promises to be another exciting year for our Main School Library.

Some of our pupils began the summer holiday, inspired in their reading by an exciting, interactive end of term talk from Julia Golding, who had kindly returned to Bablake once again.

This term we especially look forward to the publication of former pupil Lauren James' second novel and hope to have a visit from another Old Wheat, food coach Mel Wells, whose first book, 'The Goddess Revolution', was published in the summer. Of course, traditionally, there will be many exciting initiatives led by our staff and pupil librarians.

Next week, we will be reporting on some of our pupils who devoted a significant amount of their summer vacation to a local reading scheme, arranged by the local council.
