Junior GB Japanese Call Up For Globetrotting Peter

Congratulations to Upper Sixth Form student Peter Cusack who has been selected for the GB Junior wheelchair basketball team heading to the 13th Kitakyushu Champions Cup later this month.

17 year old Peter, who enjoyed his GB Junior debut in Dubai earlier this year, will again be the youngest member of a squad that is looking forward to games against Australia, the USA and host nation, Japan.

GB Junior Men’s Head Coach Scott Wallace is looking to the future with a very young squad and has confirmed that competing in the Kitakyushu Champions Cup is an important step in the team's development

We are certain Peter will enjoy the camaraderie and challenging competitive environment as he looks to continue making his mark at international level, while juggling his final year of A level studies.
