Transport is organised from Bedworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Solihull, Balsall Common, Warwick, Leamington, Kenilworth, Rugby, Lutterworth, Southam and Coventry Railway Station.
Full details of these arrangements are given to all new pupils and their parents. In addition, public transport buses pass the school at frequent intervals from Balsall Common, Meriden, Keresley, Solihull and Birmingham areas. Buses from the City Centre also pass the school.
On foot, the City Centre bus station is approximately 15 minutes away, as is Coventry Railway Station. A minibus shuttle service operates from the Railway Station to Bablake every day, before school and until 5.45pm in the evening.
We think our school is one of the most accessible in the Midlands. We are proud of the fact that so many of our pupils walk, cycle or use public transport to get to and from school each day. This is great for developing a sense of independence and responsibility, it is healthy and, of course, it is better for the environment too.
All the information regarding transport options to and from Bablake for 2018-19 can be found in our Transport Booklet.
In order to help reduce congestion and journey time to school, we are currently running a free Park and Ride service from the Tollgate on Holyhead Road straight to school.
If you have any questions regarding transport or would like to book a place please contact the Coventry School Foundation Transport Manager on 024 7627 1328.
