Mock Interview Morning Request

Our 22nd U6th Mock Interview Morning will take place on Saturday 19th September and our Careers department has two requests: a) for the new U6th and b) for potential interviewers.

The Careers department asks that U6th pupils should all complete the 'Registration Form For Pupils' on the Careers department's website as soon as possible before term begins to indicate intention of attendance and the topic requested for interview. 

We would also be delighted to receive offers from parents and former pupils to join our team of interviewers. Potential interviewers are asked to either complete the brief 'Interviewers' Register' posted here or email Mr Mark Woodward (Head of Careers). The event relies totally on the support of our interviewers and their contribution is thoroughly appreciated by the Careers department and pupils attending.

The Mock Interview Morning has proved invaluable for over 2000 former pupils since it was instigated, by the then Head of Sixth Form Mrs Dawn Harrison, in the mid 90s. It has always been a chance for current pupils to gain feedback on interview performance, in preparation for future competitive interviews, from professionals with expert knowledge. Many of the interviewers themselves, especially those who are undergraduates or recent graduates, have also been able to add the event to good effect on their own CVs too!
