Sports Captains 2016-17: (2) Hockey (Boys)

Continuing the introduction of our Sports Captains, today we congratulate Lower Sixth students Cameron Park and Julian Wreford on their appointment as captains for our Hockey 1st X1.

Our senior boys made excellent progress in the National Plate last season, and Julian (captain) and Cameron (vice captain) both have invaluable experience from that cup run and other important 1st XI fixtures. With the departure of a number of key Upper Sixth players, we expect coach Mr Andrew Phillips to be talking about rebuilding his senior team over the next two years; his new captains will enjoy an important role in this mission.

We wish Cameron, Julian and the rest of the boys' hockey squad the very best for their season.
