Class of 2010 - Valete (2) Thank You For The Musical Memories

At this year's Easter Concert, we thanked our Upper Sixth musicians for their outstanding contribution to Bablake's expansive music programme.

Director of Music Mr Tim Crompton paid tribute to the U6th Leavers - Albert, Beth, Hannah C, Hannah J, Harry, Howard, Katerina and Lydia - thanking them for being at the heart of Bablake's Music for so long; indeed, for some, as far back as the Junior School. Whether via the Arts Award, Charity Music Shows, Drama, House Music or numerous recitals and concerts, our Upper Sixth students' contribution to Bablake's music has once again been huge.

We are certain many of our pupils will continue to enjoy their music long beyond Bablake, and it will be no surprise if, for students like Lydia Bruton heading to Birmingham Conservatoire, music becomes much more than a pastime or co-curricular activity in the future.
