Sports Captains 2014-15: (1) Rugby

As we await the start of 2015, an important year for all pupils preparing for and completing public examinations, we begin our traditional introduction to our senior Sports Captains who have already enjoyed a term at the helm of their respective sports.

Today, we congratulate Bradley Pinkham and Matthew Bird, our captain and vice-captain respectively for this year's Rugby 1st XV. Bradley, also one of our school captains, deserves further recognition for his welcome progress with the Midland Lambs, whom he was selected for towards the end of last term.

We wish the boys all the best for the rest of their fixtures this season, including a full programme of 7s rugby and our annual fixture v KHVIII at Coventry RFC on Wednesday 11th February (7pm kick off), where the team will, of course, also be hoping to retain the Mike Hibbert Shield.
