Bablake Drama Links With RSC Open Stages

Director of Drama Ms Caroline Farmer is going to be 'The Fool' in the RSC Open Stages production of William Shakespeare's 'King Lear' at The Crescent Theatre in Brindley Place, Birmingham.

As well as enjoying a return to the stage, Ms Farmer is keen to bring ideas from the RSC back to Bablake for development of future productions, such as this term's main production 'Othello'.

Ms Farmer's treading of the boards is hot on the heels of recent leaver Rory Dulku who has just finished a production of 'Of Mice and Men' at the Crescent and has begun rehearsals for ‘The Judas Kiss’ later this year.
