2014 Reading Week- The Review!

During Half Term, we will be publishing a series of reviews of last term's 'Bablake Reading Week', which proved just as successful as the first initiative in 2013-14.

Deputy Head (Academic) Mr Alistair Hopkins commented: 'Reading Week was again another exciting opportunity for our pupils. Many saw that life at Bablake is not just about passing exams. We aim to help our pupils realise that learning is a life long skill, something that is never ending. Albert Einstein said: "The more I learn, the more I realise how much I don’t know." This is very much the aim of Reading Week.'

The first review tomorrow will cover the immensely popular visit of author Alex Scarrow.
