Staying Ahead - The CV Challenge

Three of our Fifth year pupils are already standing out in the potential quest for graduate employment.

After their year group was invited to take up the Careers department's annual 'CV Challenge', Sam Lowe, Martin McKenna and Julian Wreford were judged late last term to have presented the Best CV, Best Pitch and Best Branding respectively. Each pupil was able to enjoy the reward of an Amazon gift certificate but more importantly edged a step ahead of their peers in preparation for 2016 Sixth Form Scholarship applications and future competitive scenarios.

Those wishing to apply for a Sixth Form Scholarship (academic, music and/ or sport) are reminded all initial applications should be with the Headmaster by Monday 8th February. Further information is included in the information booklet issued last term and posted online.
