F1 Team Aims For Pole Position

Our U6th F1 in Schools team has returned to school this term, bolstered by excellent backing from a wide range of sponsors, looking to gain pole position on the grid at the next month's competition.

Arup Racing's team leader Adam Keir mentioned some of the benefits of the F1 in Schools challenge.

"This competition gives us, as students, a number of different responsibilities and challenges that we would not usually find in the classroom as we study our A Levels. While challenging, it is highly enjoyable and rewarding.

I have gained a lot from the experience, notably the importance of working with and trusting other team members, which will hold me in very good stead for the future as I seek a career in Motorsport."
