Valete 2015- 16: (9) Mrs Carol Davey (Head of Food and Textiles)

Today, we bid farewell to one of our impressive middle managers.

Mrs Carol Davey joined Bablake as a teacher of Food and Textiles in 2007. She was appointed Assistant Head of Sixth Form in 2010, with special responsibility for our Chinese students. She has been a dedicated and very enthusiastic Head of Department since 2011, enjoying our House ‘Ready, Steady, Cook’ competition, supporting the Fourth Year Bake Off, and participating in our Community Service programme.

We wish Mrs Davey all the very best for her retirement. We are certain she will devote much of her new independence to her love of travel and photography.
