30 Years At The Edinburgh Fringe

Senior School Drama

Bablake is just over a week away from its 30th consecutive visit to the world famous Edinburgh Fringe.

This year, half a dozen Lower Sixth students will be presenting 'Sherlock', a play originally written as an A2 Theatre Studies piece by Bablake former pupil Sam Griffiths.

Sam, who is now studying Computer Science at the University of East Anglia, has kindly expanded the play for the Fringe, where he will play Sherlock Holmes opposite 2015-16 Wheatleyan Editor Jasmine Shankster-East, who will be Dr Watson.

We wish our talented actors well and would encourage any Bablake pupils and parents (former and current) visiting the Fringe to support the show which will run daily at 11.30am between Monday 8th and Saturday 13th August at Greenside's Nicolson Square (Venue 209).
