Mark Gains County Honours

We congratulate L6th pupil and cricket scholar Mark Best on playing his debut county 2nd XI fixture for Warwickshire this week.

Mark, who has had a fine school season with the bat, scoring a number of half centuries on difficult damp wickets, has also provided useful wickets at opportune moments for the 1st XI.

Mark follows in the footsteps of his brother Paul, who was due to play for the county 1st XI this weekend in Glamorgan, following his part in the Cambridge University win over Oxford at Lords on Saturday.

We look forward to Mark and Paul both being selected for Warwickshire in the future!
